Welcome to the Nebraska Elite Corporate Cup Training TEAM! Joining the training team will provide you with the Training tools you will need to be healthy and prepared on race day. Pick a training schedule based on your experience. Beginner too Novice, Race Walkers too Runners. Schedules will provide you with a balance of cross training and stretch routines plus gradually increasing your miles and speed work. Your training schedule is developed to prevent injury and keep the body healthy.
